      Is there a minimum commitment?

      Yes. The company licence is billed annually and has a minimum yearly commitment.

      Are future modules included?

      Yes. Companies get access to current standard modules and future standard modules as they are released. The current module areas can be viewed on the main CORE360 page.

      What happens after launch month?

      The included launch package covers the first month of use. After that, additional configuration, module work, support or advisory services are handled through consultancy.

      Do we need the Module Generator?

      No. It is optional. It is best suited to teams with the capability to create and adapt modules themselves, while keeping SAi available for extra support when needed.

      What costs sit outside the licence?

      Azure hosting subscription and ChatGPT subscription costs sit outside the company licence. Additional consultancy is also excluded.
